Delivery
All safes weighing 85 lbs. or less will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.  All safes weighing in excess of 85 lbs. will be shipped via truck to your destination of choice inside the continental
United States.

Safes shipped via truck will arrive to the specified address and will be lowered to the ground by the trucking company at no additional charge. 

Delivery only includes transportation from our location to yours. If you will need additional assistance in moving safe to, and into, your residence or business, please have that prearranged. A local moving company in your area should be able to assist you.

All deliveries must be signed for at the time of delivery!
Therefore the customer must be present. The trucking company will not leave a safe if no one is available to sign for the shipment at the delivery address. The trucking company will also charge a redelivery fee of $30.00 or more depending on weight, which will be payable by the customer.

IMPORTANT: Inspect the carton and safe for damage before signing the freight bill.
All damages must be noted prior to signing the freight bill; failure to do so will forfeit your rights to return the safe. If the safe is damaged the customer has the right to REFUSE DELIVERY. If this occurs please notify us immediately the shipment was refused due to damage, so that we are able to make arrangements to send a new safe.  If you sign the freight bill accepting delivery as undamaged, and later find damage, we will not be responsible.

Floor safes and wall safes require special installation.
